My client is looking for a Sous Chef with a fresh food back ground with good cooking techniques and knowledge to be able to manage a good team you will need to be of a good Sous Chef standard already to work in this busy Hotel. You will be working alongside the Head Chef and part of a healthy brigade; This Luxury Hotel has Rosettes and as you can imagine the food is to a really good standard. There is live in available if needed and there are also plenty of perks within the job its self. Uniform will be supplied by the Hotel and there is also onsite parking for staff as well as working around of 40hours per week, there’s a good tip system in place to add onto a salary from £24,000-£26,000
