Sous Chef Highlights:
- Salary £37,000 – £38,000
- Monday – Friday – occasional fine dining evening events
- Daytime
- Automatic ongoing annual pay rise
- 40 Hours (dependent on business)
- Rosette / fine dining background required

The ideal Sous Chef will have a strong Chef de Partie background ideally from a hotel background.
