The Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and staff management.

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing culinary events
  • Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative and seasonally inspired menus.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment in compliance with food safety.
  • Embrace sustainability and seasonality in menu development, sourcing the finest local and artisanal ingredients to create memorable dining experiences.
