Sous Chef is required for an award winning two Rosette Restaurant near. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Sous Chef who has character, passion and drive. For this role you must have previous experience as a Sous Chef. As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef as well as a healthy brigade. You will be offered a salary of £20,000 – £22,000 with a really good incentive of £1,000 salary increase for every year you work for the company plus healthy tips. There is live in available at £10 per day
You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local produce which is really important to the business – you will have input into the menu as well.
