Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef taking their first step or an established Sous Chef in their Beautiful Gastro Pub near Lichfield City Centre. They are looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. All of the food is freshly prepared on site and the menu changes seasonally, working with the freshest of ingredients. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to say that they work at one of the area’s most popular and busiest venues, working with quality ingredients and alongside a very experienced Head Chef.
Former experience at Sous Chef level in a busy fresh food environment
Background of busy Gastro pubs/Brasseries/Restaurants
Basic Knowledge of Costing dishes and GP%
Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and health and safety
My client is offering 23,000 to 24,000 per annum
