Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in Leicester City Centre. The Hotel is looking to recruit a Sous chef too support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and to join a fantastic kitchen team.

As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:-
– Experience in a busy high end kitchen.
– 706/1 & 2 or NVQ/VRQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications.
– Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Food Allergen Certificate.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and lead a team of chefs.
– Driving licence and own transport very helpful.
