Working with locally sourced fresh food, you’ll have the opportunity bring your own unique flavour to the menu while supporting the Head Chef!

Highlights of this Sous Chef job vacancy

  • Base salary of up to £30,000 plus £5,000+ tips per year
  • All fresh locally sourced produce, wherever possible!
  • Accommodation/ Live in available (Self-contained/ private 1-bed flat for just £100 per week with bills included)
  • 45–50 hour working week. 2 full days off guaranteed, plus Sunday evenings off!
  • Free on-site parking
  • Although not officially listed, the Pub/Restaurant operates to an AA Rosette standard

Situated in a beautiful village in Kent, the venue is a relaxed, friendly Country Pub and Restaurant… serving great food using local and seasonal produce wherever possible. We keep a well-stocked bar with local cask ales and beers, carefully selected wines, and an extensive range of spirits, including 22 gins (at the last count)!

The Restaurant creates delicious menus and updates our main menu daily with an imaginative mix of seasonal dishes and has always been in the top 10 best Restaurants in Kent for as long as can be remembered!
