A Sous Chef is required for a stunning 60 bedroom luxury hotel near Solihull. This hotel has state of the art conference facility’s as well as a stunning a ’la carte restaurant. This is a fully staffed brigade – you will be working under an Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local food where menus are developed on site with your input! This hotel prides itself on offering work life balance to its fully staffed kitchen brigade. You will be working a selection of early shifts and late shifts
