Maybe you are a strong Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous looking for that important step up into a senior management role?
*50 Hours a week maximum*
This luxury boutique property with multiple F&B outlets including Fine Dining, Banqueting and Bars, are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing the large brigade and assist with plans to develop the offering aimed at premium destination diners and guests.
Experience in a similar gastro influenced site would be ideal, but all backgrounds will be considered, primarily looking for Chefs that have been producing premium quality food from fresh ingredients. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Training and development will be provided regarding stock control, managing waste, planning and organisation, motivating the brigade, daily checks, food quality and output analysis and you will take responsibility for working patterns and day to day operation on the front line.
