Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in their Hotel In the beautiful Chipping Campden in Gloucestershire.  The Hotel/Restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a very experienced and talented Head Chef and part of a great team.

 

Our client is looking for

 

  • Experience of cooking at Rosette standard
  • Former experience at Sous chef level
  • Managing and leading the team in the Head chefs absence
  • Team Player
  • Input on writing menu’s
  • Knowledge of Seasonal Produce

 

Pay and benefits

 

My client is offering 25,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.
