As Sous Chef you will be working in a team of 14 in the brigade including an all-important Breakfast Chef so there is tons of progression available.

Covers in the restaurant are upto 80 and around 150 for a sit-down wedding – nice numbers for a Sous Chef.
As Sous Chef you will be working a mixture of early and lates – when on a late you will finish the latest 10pm. With this as a Sous Chef you may do the odd Breakfast Shift which means an extra night off.
