A Sous Chef Is required for a renowned Holiday Park in Derbyshire. This role is ideal for any Sous Chefs or perhaps a first time Sous Chef.
This property is closed for lunch and is only open for breakfast and for dinner. Everything for dinner is pre ordered by the guest at breakfast so the kitchen knows exactly what is on order. With this planning and organisation means that the chefs will by 9pm at the latest.
Due to the business demands of this role you get 10 weeks off a year which includes December and you will get paid for this. The salary for this role is £20,000 – £21,000 but remember you do get 10 weeks off (an extra 6 weeks). You could perhaps get another part time role, ski season or have 10 weeks off with the family.
You will be also working a 40-hour week at this property. Dye to being part of a large renowned company you will get company discounts and perks.
There is live-in accommodation you will have your own private bedroom and a shared kitchen, bathroom. The live in also has its own gym attached and is a moment away from the actual hotel itself.
