My client is a Beautiful Country House Hotel who is looking for an experienced Sous Chef that has worked in High-End establishments with an ideal background coming from a 2/3 Rosette level. The ideal candidate would have ran some very busy kitchens with large brigades or could be a hungry Junior Sous Chef looking to take the next step. The location of the property will be revealed eventually once a CV has been received and accepted. The property has great access to public transport routes and is close to the city of Birmingham.
