We at Jubilee are working with an incredible boutique wedding venue looking for a Sous chef to assist the Head chef with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food. Effectively communicate with the front of house team to ensure the smooth running of events.

Assist with the management of food hygiene practices.

Support head chef with menu development and stock management.

Motivate other team members through positive behaviour.

. Be confident in being trained in existing systems and stock ordering,

. Monitor stock levels and food quality and ensure the wider team are delivering specs.

. Have a strong understanding of food safety and ensure this is present in the kitchen at all times.

  • Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food is always the highest quality
