Our client is looking for

 

  • Experience of cooking at 1 Rosette level
  • Experience of costing dishes to meet GP%
  • Stock takes and Ordering
  • Former experience at Sous chef level
  • Driver Preferred
  • Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
  • Training new team members
  • Writing Menu’s
  • A Creative Chef Brain and flair in the kitchen

 

 

My client is offering a package worth up to 32K and 25 days of annual holiday.  There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.

 

This bustling city Centre Hotel has a restaurant and a large bar area.  Our client is very busy for both lunch and dinner service, large conferences and functions.
