The role:
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key part in supporting the senior team, helping to lead service, train junior chefs, and ensure consistent quality across all dishes. This is the ideal next step for a strong Chef de Partie looking to progress, or an existing Junior Sous seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and rewarding environment.
