Job Brief:
- Lead and inspire your team during kitchen shifts, ensuring food quality and smooth service
- Oversee prep, production, and presentation, keeping standards high
- Manage stock, control food costs, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Mentor junior chefs and help them develop in their roles
- Ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years in a kitchen environment (Sous Chef or senior chef de partie experience preferred)
- Ability to lead a team and take charge of your section
- A passion for food, attention to detail, and a creative flair
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
