Jubilee is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to work with the existing Head chef and push the food at this new and exciting venue.

This individual needs to be a team player who has a keen interest in all things food and drink in the independent restaurant and pub scene.

This will be a fresh food pub, with refined pub classics, brunch, Sunday lunch & restaurant quality dishes!

Responsibilities of the chef:

  • To support the head chef & sous chef in the day to day running of kitchen
  • Preparation of food, 99% of menu items prepared in house
  • Run shifts and organise kitchen in the head chef absence
  • Manage team in the head chefs absence

Salary & Benefits:

  • £35,000 per annum
