THE JOB:

As Sous Chef, you will experience all sections of the kitchen, keeping to timescales and ensuring the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • A roll-up your sleeve, get stuck in approach to all tasks assigned by the Head Chef.
  • Working collaboratively, ensuring your section is organise, mise-en-place is delegated to junior staff.
  • Preparation and cooking of meat, fish, veg including hot & cold starters and main courses.
  • Supporting the pastry section as/when required.
  • Ensuring a clean and organised workstation.
