We at Jubilee are working with an independent prestigious college looking for a passionate Sous Chef to lead the brigade in this exciting role.
We are looking for an experienced chef to support the head of college catering, someone to:
- Help develop our offering to suit the needs of the business.
- To be involved in the planning, develop and delivering of inspirational menus that are desirable and nutritionally sound.
- Balance budget and costs of the kitchen
- To oversee the day to day running of the catering team and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Highlights of this head chef role:
- Term time only (38 weeks)
- 35 hours a week
