An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Sous chef.  This Beautiful Countryside Gastro Pub is looking to recruit an experienced Sous chef too support the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.  All of the food is freshly prepared on site and the menu changes regularly, working with the freshest of ingredients sourced locally where possible.

 

Former Experience at Sous chef level or junior sous next step

My client is offering a £29,000 package per annum which includes cash tips shared evenly on shift

This bustling Countryside Gastro Pub can do up to 60 covers in the restaurant area.  Our client is busy for both lunch and dinner service and is closed on a Sunday evening. The Kitchen brigade of five is looking for a strong Sous chef to support the kitchen.
