My Client is looking for a Sous Chef for their family run gastro pub. Due to the rural location applicants must have their own transport. The gastro pub has a small brigade of 4 chefs and the owner is looking to open a second Restaurant so there is the potential to have the Head Chef position in the near future.

As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef. You will be offered a salary of £22,000- £26,000 plus really healthy tips of £3,000 – £4,000 which makes the package well over £28k.

You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local produce which is really important to the business – you will have input into the menu as well.

The gastro pub is of a very high standard and the ideal candidate must have fresh food experience.
