This is a fresh food venue looking for an experienced Sous Chef to add to its brigade.

 

As Sous chef you must be able to:-

  • Run the kitchen in the head Chefs absence
  • Minimise food waste, cost of sale is crucial
  • Work quickly in busy periods
  • Assist with menu development
  • Experience in cooking at Rosette standard
  • Former experience at Sous chef level
  • Enforcing high levels of hygiene and health and safety
  • Experience In Hotels and Kitchen Management

 

Although you will be busy and have a lot of responsibility this Sous Chef job is…

  • £25000 per annum
  • No more than 50 hours per week
  • Working with fresh food and a great team!!
