This is a fresh food venue looking for an experienced Sous Chef to add to its brigade.
As Sous chef you must be able to:-
- Run the kitchen in the head Chefs absence
- Minimise food waste, cost of sale is crucial
- Work quickly in busy periods
- Assist with menu development
- Experience in cooking at Rosette standard
- Former experience at Sous chef level
- Enforcing high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- Experience In Hotels and Kitchen Management
