Our client has had a steady team in the kitchen over the past four years and now a position has become available for a Sous Chef. The Property is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
- Former experience at Sous chef level not essential
- Junior Sous looking for next step
- Driver required
- Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
- Organised individual
- Experience of Weddings and Banqueting
