A Sous Chef is needed for a busy branded hotel near Stratford Upon Avon. This hotel caters to a wide variety of guests from private dinning to conference and banqueting. My client is looking for a Sous Chef that has I good background in a lot of areas. You would need experience in conference and banqueting as well as be able to manage a team and deal with the paperwork on the Head Chef absences. This role offers 28 days holiday a year plus a salary of £25,500 and tips of £2,500 roughly per year which puts the combined salary at £27,500 with Company Benefits as well. Also, plenty of opportunity for promotion within the company with over 3000 hotels around the World. Normal working hours would consist of 3 split shifts and 2 half shifts.
