I am searching for an experienced Chef to fill the role of Sous Chef for a stunning coastal Restaurant in Cornwall. The Applicant needs to have worked at the highest level, either at Michelin Star level or to at least 2 or 3 Rosette standard. The successful applicant can be a Junior Sous Chef looking for the next step in their career. The Restaurant is pushing for a Michelin Star, so the standards and expectations are very high. The salary is 27K with 28 Days of Holiday. Due to the nature of the British Summer the hours will be longer in the summer months, however come the winter time, the hours will be reduced to 45 per week.


There is no live-in for the role, so finding accommodation close by is the responsibility of the applicant.


Driving is not essential, however would be very beneficial to get around on days off etc.
