A Sous Chef or Chef Tournant is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Coventry. The Executive Head Chef of this stunning property is after a Sous Chef who is able to go into different sections (not pastry) of the kitchen and hotel areas.

You will be working for a renowned hotel company who looks after all of its chefs which is why this role has been created to simply add support to the existing team.

The shift pattern at this hotel is straight shifts and a full time contract. There is tons and tons of support at all levels of this hotel. To add to this as Sous Chef you will be open to tons of progression as that is a major factor for this hotel is that they like to promote from within and also this property will look great on your CV not just in the UK but worldwide.
