Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute innovative and seasonally-inspired menus.
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items, while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
