New Food Direction – Close to Birmingham City
I am looking for a Sous Chef with a strong background in cooking fresh food. Cooking at Rosette level is a bonus but not essential. The successful candidate will be heading up the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence I a team 6/7 Chefs with an exciting food direction. This is a great role for a driven individual who wants to work with quality ingredients and work as part of a team to produce some great dishes and a great team atmosphere.
This role has great transport routes to and from the City Centre in Birmingham and the finish time in the kitchen isn’t late.
