This hotel put everyone on furlough and made no redundancies – they have simply lost a couple chefs who have moved onto other things.
No Chefs have left the kitchen since the hotel opened in 2019 due to the nice working environment that has been created.
The right Sous Chef will have a blend of Restaurant and Banqueting – ideally from a hotel background. This hotel is also looking for 1 x Chef de Partie as well.
