Our client is looking for

  • Fresh Food Background
  • Stock takes and Ordering
  • Former experience at Junior Sous Chef level essential
  • Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
  • Training new team members
  • Experience of Conferencing and Banqueting
  • Previous Hotel Experience advantageous

My client is offering £23,000 per annum for the first three months and rising to £26,000 per annum after a successful trial period.  There are also tips included and 28 days of annual holiday.  There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.
