A truly stunning hotel in the Cotswolds is looking for a Sous Chef to add to its already talented brigade. The food is very much at the forefront of everything that they do so this is great career move for any chef!! Experience at Rosette level is a must and Michelin experience preferred.
48 hours a week on a 5/7 shift pattern basis – Straight Shifts!
This property want Chefs who want to cook really good food to a high standard, to give their guests a GREAT dining experience and have passion and flare to work with a great team, to share knowledge and work under the fantastic guidance.
As Sous Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
- Professional Chef experience – Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
- Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
- Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
- Carrying out Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
- Cooking to 2 or 3 Rosette Standard.
- Impeccably presented at all times
- If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with your own outstanding ideas
