A Sous Chef is required for an award winning two Rosette Gastro Pub near Coventry that is striving for more accolades. The Head Chef has created a fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Sous Chef who has character, passion and drive. For this role you must have previous experience as a Sous Chef and preferably drive. As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef as well as a healthy brigade. You will be offered a salary of £26,000 – £28,000 plus healthy tips.
You will be working with fresh, seasonal and local produce which is important to the business – you will have input into the menu as well obviously under the supervision of the Head Chef .
