A Sous Chef is required for an award-winning Michelin Star Restaurant near Coventry that is striving for more accolades. The shift pattern is 4splits and one straight. The Head Chef is looking for a passionate Sous Chef who has character, passion and drive. For this role you must have previous experience in Michelin or plenty of rosette background and preferably drives. As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef as well as a healthy brigade. You will be offered a salary of £26,000 – £28,000 with healthy tips but all obviously depends on experience.
You will be working with the best fresh, seasonal and local produce which is important to the business – you will have input into the menu as well but obviously under the supervision of the Head Chef.
