Great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef ready to step up and start managing the brigade day to day. You should have strong food focus to 2/3 AA Rosette level and good knowledge of managing banqueting, functions and other typical Hotel elements including Room Service, Breakfast etc.

Working for a well established and ambitious small hotel group with a new remit to raise the bar with the food offering at their top sites, this being one of those flagship sites.


For your ingredients, and the creative streak in you, anyone you can think of will be on the supplier list, so take your pick of local and nationally recognised producers.


You should have solid experience in a similar 2/3AA environment, at least to Junior Sous level, however fresh food Chefs with a real knowledge of the fine dining market will all be considered.


Live in staff accommodation is available at a minimal cost, so anybody wishing to relocate to this beautiful cosmopolitan city can do so easily!
