This will be the second property in the small boutique portfolio of food led pubs, offering informal, fresh and funky dining from a variety of local and artisan suppliers and growers.
Great working environment, hours limited to 48 per week Plus with up to £27000 basic, this is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious chef looking to develop and take on more responsibility in the kitchen.
Knowledge of costing, waste management, people motivation and organisation, and of course excellent cooking ability would all be perfect for this role.
