I am looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a team, who produces outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients. The role is based in Leicester just outside the City Centre.
As Sous Chef, you will be a responsible, dedicated and strong leader with the ability to manage a brigade of talented chefs across restaurants and functions. You must have fresh and current menu ideas and can show flair in your work and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a high standard hotel or Conference Centre. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic operation which isn’t so top heavy on the hours and the late finishes due to the nature of the business.
