I am looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a team, who produces outstanding food using the finest suppliers. The Head Chef/Patron and the team are looking to really push-on and although easily at 1 Star standard, they don’t possess any accolades, but are constantly pushing.

 

As Sous Chef, you will be a responsible, dedicated and strong leader with the ability to manage a brigade of talented chefs across an open kitchen. You must have fresh and current menu ideas and can show flair in your work and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working at least 1 Michelin Star level. This is a great opportunity to join a very talented brigade of Chefs. This role will lead to a Head chef position where the salary will increase quite considerably.

 

There is live-in if required. This is a re-locater Role.
