The Proprietor is looking for someone who is driven and has all round kitchen skills with the ability to work to a high standard using only the best local suppliers in the area. You will need minimum 2/3 Rosette experience or the experience of a fast paced fresh food Gastro Pub.

This role would suit an energetic chef, ideal for a Jnr Sous Chef looking for the next step or a sous chef looking for a new challenge.
