Luxury Hotel, Restaurant & Spa seeking a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, to come in and add an element of consistency to this stable and dedicated 2AA Rosette brigade.


You will bring your own management skills and creative hunger to the kitchen, along with your strong work ethic and absolute desire to succeed.


Your history could include working at AA Rosette level, or even Michelin, but all hungry and pro-active Chefs, who can show longevity and a clear path will be seriously considered.


You will be acting as a classical Sous Chef managing and developing the junior team members and running the show in the Head Chefs days off.
