Junior Sous Chef required for this stunning Luxury Resort containing a combination of Hotel, Cottages, Restaurants and Bar facilities.

Superb Salary negotiable in the region of £27000 basic plus service and tips on top.

 

This incredibly popular luxury resort are seeking;

someone with a solid, fresh food background, ideally experience in the finer type of dining establishments, which demonstrates your core cooking skills with fresh produce and ingredients, your ability to be flexible according to the business and of course to manage various targets, to manage and support the junior brigade members, [Commis and CDP’s] in the team, to see you pushing yourself to be considered for the much sought after Sous and Senior Sous roles when they arise within the team.

 

£30,000 per annum package [including approximately £27000 basic plus excellent service charge and tips]

 

You will be working with a team of incredibly experienced Chefs here, all working to produce the very best cuisine the region can offer, for a wealthy client base who intrinsically understand quality dining.
