I am looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join a team, who produces outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients. The Head Chef and the team are looking to really push-on and achieve some accolades in the next two years. They would like to be at Three Rosette standard soon.


As Sous Chef, you will be a responsible, dedicated and strong leader with the ability to manage a brigade of talented chefs across restaurants and functions. You must have fresh and current menu ideas and can show flair in your work and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a high standard Hotel. This is a great opportunity to join an independently owned Country House Hotel in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire.


There is live-in if required.
