Busy fresh food Pub in Gloucester seeking a strong Chef to create simple, tasty menus, manage the loyal team and the due diligence that goes with it.
This is a really well run establishment, and with plenty of experience on how to run the kitchen smoothly while retaining a good work life balance for the Brigade. Lots of flexibility here for you to live a family/social life outside of the kitchen!
You will report to the Catering Manager who will manage a good portion of the senior management duties, freeing you up to cook some classic pub favourites and manage your brigade. He will also be your link and support at Senior Management level meetings.
Experience in a similar busy kitchen is essential and the ambition to achieve more from your career, potential to step up to Head Chef and take the salary raise that comes with that.
