Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Beautiful Country House near to Leamington Spa. The Main House is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and keep the standards pushing constantly. The absolute minimum experience for this position is a 2/3 Rosette background, preferably Michelin Star. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and highly regarded Head Chef in a fabulous setting.
My client is offering up to £30,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.
