As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:-

  • Experience in a busy high end kitchen.
  • The ability to work in a fine ding restaurant but also how to deliver a banquet.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and lead a team of chefs.

 

The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following:-

  • Ensuring that all food produced is consistent and to the very highest standards.
  • Ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met with support from the Head Chef Helping with menu creation and training of staff
  • Assisting with stock controls

 

In return for your Sous Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary upto £29,000 PA.
