We are looking for the following traits in applicants:
- Longevity in your previous roles
- The ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
- At least 5 years experience as a Chef
The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following:
- Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
- Managing the team, including all the sections and ensuring all standards set by the Head Chef are met.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
- Experience managing a variety of sections is vital
Salary offered is up to £28,000 per annum BASIC plus tips and GP bonus paid monthly, with fantastic holiday allocation.
