I have a very exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef in the Staffordshire area. Within acres of grounds the property has multi – outlets providing different dining options to the properties customers and is very busy during the summer months for Weddings. Experience in a 4* Hotel with knowledge of Conference and Banqueting and also Weddings would be very beneficial. This role provides their employees with fantastic working conditions and excellent company benefits. The successful applicant must have a strong background in Restaurants and or if have Rosette experience then this is beneficiary also. The fantastic salary is set at 28K and this is without any tips or bonuses unlike some businesses that bump up their employees salary with tips.
The successful candidate must drive due to the location of the property.
