A stunning countryside hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to help support the Head Chef for its 10 chef brigade. This a very busy operation but it is highly organised. With this role you also get free gym membership and discounted golf. The salary on offer is £28,000 per annum.
As a Sous Chef will be expected to be able to run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
Key experiences for this role are…
- At least two years’ experience in a fresh food environment
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage junior chefs
In return for your brilliant Sous Chef skills and experience, the client is offering a base salary OF £28,000 in addition to benefits.
