Well established property in Newent area are looking for a Sous Chef to assist in managing this vibrant fun traditional pub and the dedicated team.

 

You will get:

Responsibility for the rotas and motivating the brigade.

Combination of Splits and Straight Shifts depending on the rotas and the business. Ultimately this is up to you and the Head Chef to decide how you want to split up the work between the team. If you only want to work straights, the management will support you to achieve this.

 

45-50 hours per week Maximum.
