A Sous Chef is required for a new modern hotel in Birmingham paying £30,000 and offering straights shifts and 40 hour weeks. There will be a blend of day shifts and late shifts at this hotel – one of your responsibilities as Sous Chef is to write the rota.

The Food: The Kitchen

There are 3 kitchens in total each kitchen is worth £150,000 and has all the latest equipment as the Head Chef is insisting on everything running as smooth as possible and your job as Sous Chef is to maintain this. There is an a’ la carte restaurant that uses fresh, local and seasonal food – all of the food is designed and created by the kitchen – not Head Office.

The Team:

You will be working under an experienced Exec Head Chef and an abundance of Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters. There is a strong team here and all the team are friendly, hardworking and passionate – they just need a Sous Chef to complete the team.
